• Go up here before sunrise and enjoy a magical view over El Paso.
• The view is amazing from up here. One can see the entire city of El Paso from here. The drive up to this point was also very nice.
• This is more of a vista point than a park, but it’s beautiful! Come and watch the sunset here while taking in the view of the entire city! The park is very clean and well-maintained. You can tell that it is loved! We spent 15 minutes here watching the sunset, and we couldn’t have found a better spot!
• This is a great place to hang out, and the view is spectacular. I love it every time I come here. Morning, evening, or night—it doesn’t matter—is always a great time to be there.
• Tom Lea provides the most scenic view of the borderland. If you’re lucky, the giant Mexican flag will be flying mightily, and you can point out, There’s Juarez; that’s where the murders happen.’  The park also marks the end of the Rocky Mountain range, which is marked with a neat obelisk, so points for touristy facts. If you’re local, then Tom Lea is a great place to walk your dog, take a stroll, or just contemplate. The upper park isn’t very kid-friendly, but the bottom part is more of your conventional neighborhood park.
• There’s a great view of the park, and it’s a nice place to start a walk as there are some beautiful homes in the area. There’s no admission price and plenty of parking; what’s more to want? Put your sneakers on, bring the pet(s), and bring the kids. Tip: It’s beautiful around sunset.
