• Excellent customer service, professional services, clean business (including bathrooms), and a caring attitude. There was a minibar inside, and there were at least twenty chairs to meet our needs. Nails, pedicures, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, a bar, and a lot more. Johnny did an awesome job with my nails. John did a great job giving me a pedicure. Rachael did a wonderful job with my eyelashes!
• Wonderful nail salon! Since they opened, I’ve been a customer for more than two years. Coco and Tony are great! Feel welcome and get great service all the time. Feels like home to me now! I wasn’t offered a drink, but that’s okay because I didn’t really want one today. (I could have asked if I wanted one.)
• I really like this spot. When I moved from DC to the Woodlands, it was hard to find someone to do my nails, so I asked Kathleen to do them. She and everyone else there are very nice and good at their jobs. Don’t listen to the bad reviews; give it a shot and see what you think. Trust me! This comes from someone who is very picky.
• I love  Executive Nails & Spa that this salon is clean and has a professional feel to it. I think they do a great job of listening to the customer and meeting their needs, but the way they take off dip powder or shellac nails is what keeps us from going back. They put your whole hand in a plastic bag that is mostly made up of rubbing alcohol, which dries your hands very quickly. My mom and I have decided to start looking for another nail salon because it defeats the purpose of going to get your nails done.
