• It was my first time here, and I asked for full acrylic nails. Complete walk-in so waiting time was about 20 mins. Linda was my nail tech and I must say she did a PHENOMENAL job. She was quick but made sure my nails were even and nice. She has a delightful sense of humor, I like her so much. The salon is very clean, nice and calm. Staff was all polite.
• Kate and the gentleman that serviced my nails were sweet people and very focused on what they were doing. Service took maybe an hour in its entirety but I wasn’t surprised by the time. The Staff was friendly. Made polite conversations and told me about the business when I asked. They talked to me about the nail process too because I am new to the nail world.
• The staff here is so phenomenally qualified! I normally go to LV but she wasn’t there today so I had Linda who was wonderful! This Nail Salon has the most colors and also has regular colors for your toes to match our colors for your hand which I find hugely helpful! Nancy does a great job leading the ship at her shop. I’ve gone here for about a year and a half off and on and New Look Hair & Nail Spa really is the best!
